NC City and County Management Association Winter Seminar

The North Carolina City and County Management Association Winter Seminar focuses on topics of interest to city and county managers and administrators.

The winter seminar is February 5–7, 2025 at the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem. 

The Professional Development committee is making financial assistance scholarships available for NCCCMA members whose communities were impacted by Hurricane Helene. Click here for the scholarship application.

Friday Professional Development Workshop:  True Tilt Performance Profile Workshop, Instructor: Dale Smith, School of Government (separate registration required $50)

   *Workshop Note: Registration for the workshop will be limited to 40 people and will close by January 17 or when the class is full. You will receive a link by no later than January 21 to take the TILT assessment. You will need to complete the assessment by no later than January 31. If you don’t not complete the TILT assessment you will not be able to participant in the workshop. No refunds will be issued after the assessment is completed.
