Are you new to planning and zoning in North Carolina and need to understand the basics? Does your board need some guidance about their role and decision-making authority? If so, this library of Planning and Zoning Modules is for you.

Each module is a 20-30 minute video presentation on a particular topic of planning and zoning.

**Access will be valid through June 30, 2027. These modules are intended for new members of appointed boards and new planning staff in North Carolina.
