Performance Measurement in Local Government

This one-day workshop helps public officials design measures in local government for accountability and results. The workshop introduces the types of performance measures commonly found in local government, how to develop good measures from goals and objectives, and how they can be used to support other management processes.  

The workshop will be held at the School of Government on October 23, 2025 from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
