Knapp Library

The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.

Special Meeting Notice: Monday, April 15, 2019

The H1031 Working Group, authorized by North Carolina Session Law 2018-83, will meet on Monday, April 15, 2019, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. During this meeting, the working group appointees will review data related to their legislative charge and continue their discussions.

Location: This meeting will be held in room 2402 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Government. Directions to the School of Government are available here. Public parking is available in the Highway 54 lot. Directional signs will be posted throughout the building to help you locate the room.
