Navigating Organizational Dynamics: Communicating Up and Across

November 9, 2026 | Full Day | Chapel Hill | Registration Fee: $495

Front-line supervisors and middle managers face distinct challenges in managing staff and influencing both senior leaders and peers. Traditional management programs often overlook the importance of influencing upward and laterally; this course fills that gap with strategies to broaden impact and navigate obstacles when working with colleagues and managers. Participants will analyze common workplace scenarios, identify habits that hinder leadership, and develop skills for more effective relationships at all organizational levels. The course is interactive and focused on practical application.

SCHEDULE: This program is a full day and will meet approximately from 9am - 4pm.
