The 2026 Winter Conference is planned for January 29–30, 2026. The conference will be held at the School of Government in Chapel Hill. There will also be an option to attend online via Zoom.

  • Fundamentals Workshop (Thursday, January 29, 2026)
    The County Attorneys Fundamentals Workshop will cover one topic of interest to local government attorneys. The workshop will begin Thursday morning and conclude before lunch.
  • Winter Conference (Thursday and Friday, January 29–30, 2026)
    The County Attorneys Winter Conference will cover issues of interest to local government attorneys. The conference will begin Thursday afternoon and conclude Friday afternoon before lunch.
