Registration will close one week before the program.

This one-day workshop is designed for local government officials and staff involved in the planning, funding, and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Participants will gain valuable insights and practical tools to effectively navigate the complex requirements inherent to these projects. Course content will focus on effectively managing infrastructure projects including contracting, procurement and compliance requirements. The course can be paired with a sequential one-day course focused on internal planning and funding considerations for water/wastewater infrastructure projects, but they are not co-requisites.

As water/wastewater infrastructure projects are multifaceted and involve multiple departments within a local government, participants are encouraged to attend with colleagues to establish a shared understanding of project planning and requirements. Additionally, this course is geared towards small to mid-sized units that are gaining familiarity with these infrastructure projects.
