This webinar will discuss state and federal appellate court decisions and other recent criminal law developments. This webinar is open to public defenders, private attorneys who do indigent criminal defense work, and any others who are interested in criminal law. The webinar includes a dynamic visual presentation, live audio, and interactive Q & A.

The program will offer approximately 1.50 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credit, subject to Bar approval.
