REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee for private assigned and managed assigned counsel, capital attorneys, private attorneys, and others is $350. There is no fee for IDS state employees.

CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION

The program will offer approximately 12 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credit, subject to Bar approval.

HOTEL INFORMATION

A block of rooms is available at Hampton Inn & Suites Carrboro (370 E Main St Carrboro, NC) with a rate of $140 plus taxes and fees valid for stay dates of April 15-17. CANCELLATION POLICY

Course participants who cancel their registration more than 7 calendar days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Otherwise, participants will receive a transferrable credit to be used within 12 months. More information can be found in the full cancellation and refund policy.
