Due to the COVID-19 emergency, the 2022 55th. Annual School Attorneys Conference will be offered completely online.

This one-day conference offers school board attorneys the opportunity to learn about and discuss current issues related to public education law. Superintendents are also invited to attend.

Sessions will be led by School of Government faculty members and leading practitioners in the field.

Due to COVID-19 precautions and travel restrictions, this course will be held in an online format using Zoom.

Program topics:

  • The Law of Mask Mandates
  • Dealing with Board Disruptions
  • The View from the State Board of Education
  • The Law of Vaccination Mandates
  • Professional Responsibility for School Board Attorneys (meets CLE ethics requirement)
  • The Leandro Litigation at Age 28
