Knapp Library

The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.

We invite you to join us and your fellow trustees from across the UNC System at the biennial UNC System Boards of Trustees workshop. Hosted by the UNC Board of Governors and UNC System Office, this one-day workshop for all boards of trustees will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the Lenovo Center located in Raleigh, NC. This event is a great opportunity to meet your fellow trustees from across the state, learn about Systemwide initiatives, and discuss current topics and trends in higher education.

Registration will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025.

Please refer to the link below when arriving to the Lenovo Center. Attendees will need to take the loop road around the building as the connector road (Steve Stroud Way) between the arena and Carter-Finley will be closed.
