Local Contact Information Worksheet

This tool is for collecting and maintaining contact information for the local government officials and employees in your community who may need to be reached when an incident affecting drinking water occurs or is anticipated.

Local Profile Worksheet

This tool is for communities to gather information that may be useful when a drinking water incident occurs, including information about drinking water suppliers in the community, sensitive facilities, residents with special needs, and local resources.

The Drinking Water Advisory Communication Toolbox (DWACT) contains several tools that may be useful to local communities as they assemble local information. The 2017 version of the North Carolina General Mutual Aid Agreement is provided for illustrative purposes only. A North Carolina local government that wishes to enter the agreement may do so through WebEOC.
