Caitlin Little joined the School of Government in 2016 as a Legislative Reporting Service (LRS) attorney. Little’s LRS duties include analyzing legislation and drafting bill digests for publication each calendar day the North Carolina General Assembly is in session. She also assists the LRS Director in the publication of the Daily Bulletin. Beginning in 2017, Little has also worked in a research and support role for faculty with short- and long-term projects during legislative interims ranging in focus from indigent defense education to social services governance. Additionally, she is the primary sustainer of the School’s Collateral Consequences Assessment Tool (C-CAT), managing the tool’s content to reflect developments in the law. Prior to joining the School of Government, Little served in multiple state agencies and offices in research and support roles. Little earned a BA magna cum laude from North Carolina State University and a JD from Campbell University School of Law.
